Cycle To Work is a Government Initiative to encourage cycling to work. The idea is that by cycling to work, you get fitter and healthier, and at the same time reduce congestion and improve air quality.
In simplest terms, your employer pays for the bike, and you hire it from them through salary deductions. At the end of the hire period, the employer can sell you the bike. (Until the bike is paid for, you hire it from your employer, so don't get fired).
Your employer might administer the scheme themselves, or use a third party like one of the following:
GoGeta
Vivup
Green Commute Initiative
Cycle Solutions
My Benefits World
Cyclescheme
If your employer doesn't offer Cycle To Work as a benefit, you can send them this employer information from the Government that outlines how it all works.

The new Hope HB916 is a UK made, mid-high pivot, 160 mm travel enduro bike designed to run a 170 mm fork. Hope have brought manufacturing in house, giving them complete control over the manufacturing process. Most of the frame is made from Carbon Fibre, with a few aluminium parts where it makes sense. Bearings are mounted into the alloy to ensure a long-lasting frame. To back it all up, there's a lifetime warranty for the original owner and lifetime bearing warranty (bearings must be fitted by a Hope dealer or Hope themselves).
- SRAM T-Series compatible.
- Optional lower pulley.
- Longer chainstays on H3 and H4 sizes.
- Internal cable routing, rubber frame protection and "Butty Box" in frame storage and bottle cage mounts.
- Butty-Box now has FidLock fastening.
- Frame kit includes shock, headset, and bottom bracket.
- Lifetime warranty for the original owner (subject to conditions).
- Lifetime frame bearing warranty - bearings must be fitted by Hope or a registered Hope dealer.
- Complete frame constructed in house at Hope's Barnoldswick, UK factory.
- Seat stay flip chip makes converting the bike to mixed wheels a 5-minute job.
- Geometry can be adjusted by swapping the top headset cup.
- Choose from Fox air or coil shocks.
