Deviate's first eMTB has been six years in the making. At the core is a bike based on the award-winning Claymore, backed up with a 100nm Bosch motor and an 800wh battery.

The Kurgan is a bike for big days out on harsh terrain, with 165mm of virtual high-pivot rear suspension, matched to a 180mm Fox 38 fork. There's enough room in the frame for a water bottle as well as a range extender, and the battery is removable, reducing weight should you need to lift the bike.

Spec across the whole Deviate range is well-thought-out, with seemingly little compromises made to meet price targets. All the Elite spec bikes have Fox Performance Elite suspension, and Shimano drivetrains and 4 piston brakes.
