Ordered some sorts through these guys and was straight forward enough. Part wasn’t in stock which wasn’t immediately obvious when I placed order but their distributor posted direct to me when I chased up. Called them up a week or so later and ordered some other bits that weren’t on the website which came in a few days.

Very well built hub with nice finish and quick engagement. Can be loud if not used to noisy hubs. Sound is still growing on me. 20Twenty is a great store. Stocks 28H boost version which is difficult to find. Great follow up customer service and fast shipping overseas to Asia.

Purchased these Pinnd E-bike cranks after trashing my old ones with pedal strikes, Guys in the shop advised me on optimum crank arm lengths to help reduce future issues. Cranks in stock and available immediately, even fitted them whilst I waited, got me back on the trails and smiling again 😊. Awesome service and I highly recommend.

After trying a few different brands these are by far the best brake pads I have tried, phenomenal grip in all conditions I have tried, cold weather wet and dry.
Nice to add a bit of color to your bike. These pre-load bolts are quality and add a nice touch to your bike.

Stem is excellent as always from hope. But the service from 20twenty was above and beyond. I didn't live too far from them, so they just popped round and hand delivered it
Amazing value full suspension bike with dropper post. The guys in store set it up with some added Hope bling for my 9 year old. What more does a kid need!

Purchased Pinnd 155mm cranks to replace oem 165mm. Big difference in less pedal strikes. These cranks are well built and strong.
I bought the steel freehub to change out my alloy one as I’m using it on a 130Nm eMTB. Excellent build quality I expect from Hope.
