Finally the product arrived to me. Very happy with the quality of the construction, I'm going to build the wheel and give it a go!
After a delivery issue, the customer support was great and helpful. Regarding the component shok bolt kit, it was the expected one.
Morning. Took receivership of my Crypto Air Glasses a few weeks ago and I’ve hardly had them off (when I can get them off my son, picture attached). Can’t argue with the cost, they look ace and it’s great to have the option to swap out the lenses for a different colour. It was Mike Ellington that put me on to these glasses and I’m glad he did as I’m really happy with them. A few friends have asked where I got them from so expect a few more enquiries. I'm still waiting for the product. I would have liked to answer this question, but unfortunately the products haven't arrived yet. It seems that the package is "blocked" somewhere in Romanian customs!
As said the spacers and top cap were quite fairly priced and the postage itself was very fast for international. Very hard part to find so really shocked with the level of stock these guys have, would recommend.

Cracking chainring with a very high quality finish, usual Hope quality that you have come to expect from their other products
I love Hope products but this seems like bad QC. The gears arrived with burrs (pieces of metal) on the teeth that I could easily scrape off leaving unpainted metal underneath.
Ordered some sorts through these guys and was straight forward enough. Part wasn’t in stock which wasn’t immediately obvious when I placed order but their distributor posted direct to me when I chased up. Called them up a week or so later and ordered some other bits that weren’t on the website which came in a few days.

Very well built hub with nice finish and quick engagement. Can be loud if not used to noisy hubs. Sound is still growing on me. 20Twenty is a great store. Stocks 28H boost version which is difficult to find. Great follow up customer service and fast shipping overseas to Asia.

Purchased these Pinnd E-bike cranks after trashing my old ones with pedal strikes, Guys in the shop advised me on optimum crank arm lengths to help reduce future issues. Cranks in stock and available immediately, even fitted them whilst I waited, got me back on the trails and smiling again 😊. Awesome service and I highly recommend.
