UK
Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days. We do our very best to deliver orders within this time, but occasionally there are delays outwith our control, caused by either suppliers or couriers.
Please contact us if you need something urgently, and we'll try our best to help!

Please note, Royal Mail does not consider an item as “missing” until it has been in their tracking system for 30 days with no updates.

International Orders
There are some limitations due to the size of some of the things we sell, but for most of our range can be delivered to almost every country. The only exceptions to this are Shimano components, which we can only sell within the EU.
Please note:
- If you choose to return your order, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use a tracked and signed for service.
- If you return your order, please clearly write “Return – Failed Sale” on the outside of your packaging, otherwise we are charged by UK customs and the amount of this charge will be deducted from your refund.
European Union
Orders under £800 shipped within Europe include tax and duty, so no further charges will apply. The price you pay at the checkout is the final price. Orders over £800 may be subject to tax and duty when they arrive in your country. Due to courier restrictions, the only exceptions to this are larger items such as wheels, frames and handlebars over €150.

USA
Orders under £800 shipped to the USA have import tax and duty calculated at checkout. UK VAT (Sales tax) will be removed from the order and will not be charged. Price is calculated using the weight of your order, so varies on an order-by-order basis. We don't currently shp orders over £800 to USA addresses.
