This hub is drilled for 24 spokes - suitable for road wheel builds.

Fast rolling, quick engaging hubs with Hope's legendary reliability. Hope hubs have always been the gold standard for reliable mountain bike hubs, and the Pro 5 adds the fast engagement older versions missed out on compared to other brands.

Hope no longer offer a fast rolling road alternative to their mountain bike hub, the Pro 5 meets the requirements with new lower friction seals and pawls compared to the Pro 4. The new hub shell also accommodates larger bearings, again designed to reduce friction.

Available in more sizes than ever, and now with Straight Pull and Centrelock rotor options, Hope Pro 5 hubs are suitable for almost every type of bike. This hub is drilled for 24 spokes - suitable for road wheel builds.

Made in the UK: Pro 5 hub bodies are CNC machined in Barnoldswick.
Legendary reliability: using high quality labyrinth seals.
Low drag: Pro 5 hubs spin fast enough for road bikes.
Fast pick up: 108 Points of engagement. (Shimano Steel Freehub has 54 points of engagement).
Rebuildable: Hope Hubs can be rebuilt with simple tools.
Unmatched parts back up: Hope will guarantee parts availability for 10 years after production ends.
Future proof: free hubs are easy to remove and replace at a reasonable price. In many cases, hub end caps can be replaced for a different size.
eBike specific version available: No need for muscle bike riders to compromise.

UK Bike Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all bikes unless bought through a Ride To Work Scheme.

We don't currently deliver complete bikes outside the UK.

Custom-built bikes can be delivered in kit form (for you to assemble) – we can include shipping to your country in your quote.

International Orders

Due to the number of delivery options, the best way to get a shipping price is to add what you would like to your basket and begin the checkout. You'll be able to see the shipping price before you checkout.

Unless IOSS applies (see below) our website will remove UK VAT. You are likely to be liable for tax and duties in your delivery country.
