The all new Hope Tech 4 lever has 30% more power than the Tech 3, new internal seals for less fiction and a bearing pivot. The resulting brake has a more linear feel and lower spring rate, so you have more control and less fatigue.

5 Axis precision machined from aluminium forged billet.

NB The V4 caliper is not compatible with all direct mount 180 mm forks due to the large piston design and variation in mount positions. We recommend running the V4 caliper with the correct mount and a 200 mm rotor in this application.
The V4 caliper is also not compatible with the 2021 Commencal Supreme DH frame 200 mm Direct Postmount.

Best brakes ever

I bought Tech 4 V4 to my e-mtb front brakes and that was my first time ever before even tested any of Hope brakes models and I had became huge fan of that brand.
Now I have at rear Tech 3 E4 with 203mm Hope’s brake rotors, Tech 4 V4 on front with 220 Hope’s disc, Pro5 boost front hub, many beautiful little detail parts and the latest one I just bought from this website is the most beautiful seat post lever “Hope Dropper Lever” which is the most beautiful ever made in this category.
Next one will be Hope’s chainring and the cranks.
Mainly because of the how beautiful those looks like and of course so huge difference between weight between my e-bike original cranks (580g) of both and Sram X-Sync Eagle chainring 38t (227g).
(note that the parts are measured with a cheap scale)
